Common questions
My code says it already opened the game on another device.
Each code works on one device. If you changed phones or lost your device, email us with the code and we will reset it.
A stop will not unlock.
You need to be within 40 metres of the stop, with location turned on for the app and a good GPS signal. Step into the open and wait a few seconds. Stops open one at a time, in order.
I turned off camera, microphone or location by mistake.
Open your phone's Settings, find the app, and turn the permission back on. The app also shows an "Open Settings" button where it needs one.
I lost my progress.
Progress is stored on your phone. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes it. Email us with your code and we will help.
Can I replay the game?
A code completes once. Ask your game master for a new code to play again.
